NEWARK, N.J., February 04, 2025 – Prudential Financial, Inc. has announced its financial results for the year ending 2024, showcasing a significant increase in net income. The company reported a net income of $2.727 billion, translating to $7.50 per common share, marking an improvement from the previous year's net income of $2.488 billion, or $6.74 per common share.
In addition to the net income growth, Prudential's after-tax adjusted operating income also saw a positive trajectory. For 2024, the adjusted operating income reached $4.588 billion, which equates to $12.62 per common share. This figure represents an increase from 2023's adjusted operating income of $4.380 billion, or $11.88 per common share.
