WHITE PLAINS – A former finance manager for a construction company in White Plains is facing serious legal consequences after being charged with embezzling more than $200,000 from her employer. Michele Rinaldo, 52, from the Bronx, has been accused of grand larceny and several other felonies, according to Westchester County District Attorney Susan Cacace.
The investigation revealed that Rinaldo allegedly manipulated financial records and misappropriated funds over a significant period. The charges against her include one count of grand larceny and two counts of criminal possession of stolen property.
